Prices of the signature range doors are all based on 2400 x 1200 x 60mm doors made from Blackbutt. Other sizes and timbers are available and can be quoted on request.

  • All prices include pivot and mortise lock prep.
  • All timber doors come with 3 coats of cutek applied.
  • Timber or aluminium frames with or without sidelights are available.
  • Hardware sold separately.

Pre Hung Doors

PHD owner, James, with over 15 years of experience in high-end residential construction, saw a gap in the market for high quality pre-hung doors.

Our pre-hung door system can be supplied in endless door size and style options. Using only top quality components we deliver your chosen door hung in the jamb, prepped for all hardware with top and bottom edges primed. Slashing time and labour costs onsite as each door takes less than 10 minutes to install.

We can provide pre-hung doors with any door style you like, see below for some of the most popular choices.

Sliding Doors

We can supply all forms of sliding doors such as cavity sliders, barn style sliders or ceiling mount tracks. Our custom flush panel doors are available up to 3m x 3m and all feature internal steel reinforcing to help protect against bowing and warping. Timber and glazed doors are also available to add a feature to your home.

Awesome product PHD-Sydney. As all of us do, we had our own ways of installing doors and naturally thought it was the best way to do things. We had these doors installed within 2 weeks of placing the order (Including all door hardware supplied & pre-installed). Once received, all 7 doors were installed in under a day. This in turn is helping us finish up this project to get to the next one quicker, not too mention a $200 saving per opening-All due to the large saving on labour. This saving is with all aspects in the process. Compared to: Fabricating & installing Jamb, Cutting/Scribing door in and Door hardware installation-As this is all done!
